This monthly community gathering, originally inspired by ecstatic dance, is the time and place to come together, to embody all of who you truly are. Arrive on time if you can after a brief opening ceremony, there is no talking allowed in the space is yours to move freely as you wish you can dance stretch meditate! There are always drums and dancing ribbons to play with as well as a place to pull cards and a community free pile. All are welcome, including children.
