This monthly community gathering, originally inspired by ecstatic dance, is the time and place to come together, to embody all of who you truly are. Arrive on time if you can after a brief opening ceremony, there is no talking allowed in the space is yours to move freely as you wish you can dance stretch meditate! There are always drums and dancing ribbons to play with as well as a place to pull cards and a community free pile. All are welcome, including children.

Healing sound baths are held once a month. All that you need to do is show up in comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a favorite pillow or blanket. And lay down and receive this frequency medicine.  Sound baths work with your chakras, calm your nervous system, and feel very similar to receiving an energy work session.
