Sound baths & Sound bowl lessons

Enjoy a soothing frequency meditation in your own home. Put on your comfiest outfit and let me do the rest. I will bring crystal sand bowls, that emit healing frequencies and work with your chakras as well as eye pillows, and any props needed! Perfect for groups, families, couples and individuals.

Swing Dancing Lessons

No experience needed. I could even provide a partner. Myself and a male dancer, can rent a dance studio or come to your home to teach you the basics of country western Swing Dancing. After one hour, you will learn multiple moves and be ready to strut your stuff on any dance floor. Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, and date nights!

energetic House Cleanses

Everything carries energy, including our homes. This ceremony is great in times of transitions perhaps with someone moving in or out a death marriage divorce, or any situation that leaves the energy in your home feeling slightly off… I will come to your home with an array of crystals, candles, sage, sound bowls and drums. We will meditate together on your intentions for the energy you would like in your space and then you will help me to make the shift. Every time I’ve offered this has been for a completely different reason and the energy always feels amazingly better afterwards!

Let me bring Yoga to you and your group. All levels are welcome. This class can be anything from a grounding, restorative practice with the option to include therapeutic touch. A more rigorous yoga flow, a workout or anything in between.
